My daughter is now 22. She held her urine when she was young for the entire day. Urinated before she went to bed but wet the bed until she was 10. She now has hormonal problems, depression, anxiety, irregular/frequent periods, acne, migraines. Could these two things be related. She no longer holds urine or wets the bed. But, if that was caused by hormones back then, could hormones still be the problem. She is taking a birth control pill - tri-sprintec.
HI Well come to HCM If she used to hold the urine for long time then this is not due to hormone neither due to any disease but because of the less water intake this might be happening, some time this may cause high thresholds that could hold the urine for long time even bladder if full, but this is not due to hormone, hope this information helps, take care.
