Is Homosexual Inclination Considered Sickness?
Hi, I m 31 M standing 5.7 and weighing 60kgs. Let me put it str8... I m a Gay :-). Is it an illness? Can I turn straight? I ve seen few gay guys getting married and having kids though; however I doubt if they are truly happy in their lives. Please guide as I belong to a typical traditional Indian family where my parent dont even understand what homosexuality is. I ve told it to them yet they want me to get married. Could you recommend a good counselor either for me or my parents in Indore, MP, India? Please help... genuinely need it.

Thankyou for asking to HCM. Yes, this may not be a physical problem at all. Before going for counselling, get your sex hormone levels checked. You may also get a series of counselling sessions done and can get the orientation converted to normal. First of all ask yourself, when did it first started?? You may also opt for inner child therapy which works wonderful in such kind of cases.. Since the sexual orientation starts at adolescence age and any childhood trauma/abuse may also lead to such issues which can be dealt with inner child therapy.
