HI i was diagnosed with labyrinthitis two years ago and the first time i had it it lasted two weeks, however last year the symptoms came back and i ahve had it ever since so for a year now. I experience dizziness, blurred vision and also one of my pupils was apparently damaged becasue of this virus. I want to go on holiday but i am scared to fly just incase it makes it worse
The pressure changes occurs in flight during its travel can cause ear damage and may aggravates your condition.so better consult ent surgeon before travel. Take emergency drugs for this with you and also ask ENT surgeon for precautionary things like ear plugs etc.
