Is It Good To Fly And Be On A Week Long Cruise With A Cast Boot Post Fracture?
4 Weeks ago i slipped on ice and suffered a severe sprain and chipped fracture now am in a cast boot and am woundering if its safe to fly and be on a week long cruise? I am still having pain and swelling and attend physical therapy! The trip starts january 31!
Conservative management of a sprain along with chip fracture in the form of a cast boot is sufficient to promote the healing process. Since 4 weeks has already elapsed, there is nothing much to worry about the situation.
You can happily enjoy the cruise and even fly. Good day
