Is It Necessary To Take Oral Medication With Melaglow Cream, Azifast Gel And Elovera IMF Lotion For Acne?

My dermatologist has prescribed me Tab. Elvac 20mg in combination with topical applications of Melaglow cream, Azifast gel, Tretin(0.025%) gel and Elovera IMF lotion for 6 weeks, for ACNE. Is it necessary to take oral medication? Considering its side effects, I do not want to take Elvac 20mg.

Thanks for the query.

Oral medications are required in very severe cases.

If your acne is not that severe you can avoid oral medicines.

Continue with the topical medication.

It will help you.
