My body is very warm. Whenever I greet people, they complain my hands are very warm. My body is very warm.throughout the day and most of the time . is it normal?

Get your blood checked for thyroid profile (TSH,T3,T4) to remove your doubts. Sometimes Hyperthyroidism can be the cause where basal metabolic rate is more.Take care.
