Is It Normal To Have Blood Count In My Urine Sample?

I just came back from the Dr's and the blood count in my urine sample was +4 is that considered high? He did say i have a calcification that showed up the the xray which is indicating kidney stones. But I'm wondering if I'm bleeding a lot of is that a normal amount to be expected .

I appreciate your concern looking to the history given here if you are female and above the age of 15 years then chances of detecting the RBC in urine is very likely, you have not mentioned the detail no age no gender no amount of red blood cells, this is kind of inadequate information, hope you could understand this, always provide the complete detail, have a nice day.
