Hi,

I have through your query and understood your concerns.

Prednisone is a corticosteroid drug. Its use is associated with increased blood pressure and sweating. They are temporary side effects of prednisone.

Once you stop taking this drug, such effects will be resolved. You can talk to your doctor about these side effects in order to evaluate further your health condition and think over changing therapy.
