Is It Normal To Have Pain In Hands, Knees, Ankles, Feet, Blotchy Rashes While Having Flu?

I was diagnosed w/flu strain B two weeks ago, which went straight into flu A last Monday. Fever finally down below 100 but am having excruciating pain in hands knees ankles and feet. Difficult to walk, grasp anything, or move in general. Also have blotchy pinprick type rash all over. Is this normal of flu? I'm 40 and have never had it before in my life

Hi,
Viral fevers can be associated with rash and arthritis.
If the rash is extensive do a platelet count.
Take rest for a couple of days and drink plenty of water to keep hydration.
You can take analgesics like paracetamol or diclofenac for pain relief.
take care.
wish you speedy recovary.
