Is It Possible To Have C Section And Hysterectomy At The Same Time?

wondering if it is possible to have c section and hysterectomy at the same time? and if a doctor will listen when i ask for the c section? the hysterectomy is already scheduled.

Hi,

Usually, hysterectomy means removal of your uterus.

C-section is the surgical intervention of giving birth to a baby.

In rare cases, the uterus is removed right after c-section. However, the gynecologist would decide.
