Hi Nisha,
Welcome to HCM.
One of the features of PCOS is obesity ( i.e. over weight). You may not have regular periods, once you stop treatment. May be for a few cycles it may be regular, but again it will become irregular.
You have not mentioned whether you are married or single. If single, only justification in treating PCOS, is to control weight gain, otherwise the treatment is best started after marriage and when you are trying to get pregnant.
