Is It Safe To Dance After Being Diagnosed With HLH?
my daughter was diagnosed with HLH and is on prednisone - she is 6 and has been on pred. since December 9th. she is feeling perfectly well - eating a lot. We have been restricting her activity but she wants to go back to her dance class/acrobatics and do tobogganing etc. Is this safe?
It is perfectly okay for your daughter to return to her routing activities. She should start with a a gradual and progressive increase in intensity of. How much she can put in would be determined by her tolerance. Let her listen to her body and stay within her tolerated limits and not push to limits that she may no longer be able to attain.
I wish her a full remission. Feel fre to ask for clarifications and more information if need be.
