MY MOTHER IS NOW ILL, HER PLASMA GLUCOSE FASTING RESULT IS 136 MG/DL. AND SERUM UREA IS 28MG/DL DR. HAS GIVEN MEDICINE TODAY GLUCONORM-PG 1 AND CERFPODOXIMIME & AZITHROMYCIN TABLETS NAMED MACPOD AZ. THESE TABLETS ARE CORRECT OR NOT. MY MOTHER AGE IS 67 YERS OLD. SHE TAKES MEDICENE NAME LIBOTRYP 5/12.5MG REGULAR FOR 10 YRS, PLZ GIVE ME SUGGESSTION MORE. WHICH FOOD MAY BE AVOIDED. I am of the opinion On the basis of my 35 years experience that she should continue Libotryp with other drugs that doctors have prescribed otherwise there may be withdrawal syndrome, she may feel restlessness & chance of relapse of Depression is there. Your treating doctor will give you diet chart. I will feel happy if my advise helps you.
