Is It Safe To Take Mifegest For Terminating A Pregnancy?
My last period date was jan25 ,on Feb 25 my period was missed,when I checked through pregnancy test kit it was positive,I took mifegest kit on mar3rd,I got abortion or bleeding on 5th mar after misoprostol dose and got bleeding for only 1 day,no mass came out.then again on Apr 3rd my period date was again missed,is it due to the previous incomplete abortion or what I checked through preg test kit it showed positive I again took mifegest dose on apr19,and got severe bleeding for 3 days did heavy mass blood platelets.is it safe mam?

According to your history you took misoprostol second time and severe bleeding for 3 days means abortion process is started. But for safe practice you require follow up visit at 7th days and USG scan should be done at 14th day to confirm whether abortion is completed or not.
If abortion is not completed it should be treated by surgical process like D & C. Advice after abortion: rest, nutritional diet with iron and vitamin supplements, proper pelvic hygiene, check for foul smelling discharge to avoid infections, analgesic and antibiotic should be given.
