Is It Safe To Take Pregnacare Conception Vitamins Being On Insulin?

I am currently taking pregnacare conception vitamins I am dn insulin dependent diabetic. My control is fairly good at the moment. Are they safe to take being on insulin. I have found myself going to the toilet a lot more often. My urine is bright yellow and I am passing more motions than normal

Dear madam i understand your concern.usually multivitamins will have a component called b-complex which is making your urine yellow.pls remember if your planning to have a baby your Hba1c should be in very good controll like 6.5% below.....regards
