Is It To Be Concerned About Child Hitting The Head On The Pavement?

Hi my son (5yrs) had a concussion about 3 weeks ago(per er at CHLA) He fell and hit his face on the pavement. He did not loose consciousness. He was seen by a concussion specialist 2 days later who said to continue to monitor him(he seemed back to normal to us) ptp cleared him out of the danger zone a week later but advised us to continue to monitor him. Well this morning he woke up and has been speaking with a stutter to the point where his eyes twitch as he s trying get a word out. I set an appt with the concussion specialist but its not until 6/30. I would like to er right now... Should I just go. I m scared.
