Is It To Be Concerned About Pus Cell In Urinalysis During Pregnancy?

my urine test report 10-12 pus cells. i am in my 8th mmonth of pregnancy.i have lots of white discharge in the morning as i get up. afterwards when i pee i feel burning and then sticky sensation after that all day long.a couple of months ago my pus cells in urine were 5-6. i used different antibiotics suggested by my gyenacologist. 5 days course with Cefiget 500 1 time a day+cran max+tab anafortan. now under 10 days course of Aspamox 500 2 times a day+Hyoscine 2 times a day+citrosoda+ulcenil syp. but nothing cured.as long as i take medicine i feel less burning but when finished again same simptoms
