I have a mole on my arm, approximately 5mm across and about 3mm hig. It grew early last year (on top of a mole that was already there). It is somewhere between colourless and pink, I have asked several doctors to look at it, and they all say it looks ok. However just recently I have noticed some dark specks that come, but then go...I'm thinking perhaps like dried blood. Should I be concerned?
