Is Knuckle Broken If It Swells And Turns Blue When Punching Something?

Hi, about a month or so ago I got mad in school and punched a computer screen. My middle knuckle had swollen up, turned blue and every time something came in contact it would hurt. This went on for about a week and the swelling went down but every time I straighten my hand out it looks as if my knuckle shifted down and a little bit to the left (it was with my left hand). Now every time I punch something it swells up and turns blue no matter how hard. Is my knuckle like broke or fractured?

looks like hair line fracture..get left hand ap view x ray to rule out fracture..dont strain that hand until u get an xray...hand should be kept on rest..treatment plan can ge given only after ur x ray report
