Is Laparoscopy Needed For Endometrial Polyp?
I am 34 and had three failed IVF cycles in 2009 and 2010. My periods are irregular due to PCOD. Recently I have diagnosed as having small endrometrial polyp causing severe lower abdominal pain. Should I do laparoscopy for that? If yes then when can I do infertility treatment after laparoscopy?
