Is Lasik Eye Surgery Safe In Lupus Patients?

I have 2 questions. I have (maybe) SLE Lupus. I had surgery in November 2010 for the removal of a ovarium tumor. After the operation my hair keeps falling out and at the moment after 4 months of the operation my hair is falling out a lot. Is it as a result of the operation or maybe Lupus.
Second question: I want to go for Lasik eye surgery and do not know if it is safe if I have Lupus. The doctors suspect I have Lupus but are not 100% sure.

first you have to be sure that you have lupus. now you may consult refraterysurgeon regarding his opinion. what think you can go for refractory surgery
