Is Lemierre's Syndrome Caused Due To Birth Control?
Am I at a higher risk for developing blood clots since I was recently diagnosed with Lemierre's Syndrome? I currently take birth control because I also have Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome. I read where Lemierre's is caused by a blood clot and was wondering if birth control may have caused it.

Both cause clots. Birth control pills also have chance of forming thrombosis. Therefore use other medication for PCOD. As prescribed by your doctor.
