hi doctor, i have sex more than a week ago, my menstrual cycle usually 28 - 30 days. supposed to be i'll be having menstruation 2 days ago but didnt come. im having low back pain 3 days ago + lower abdominal pain. yesterday i have small amount light brown vaginal discharge.am i pregnant?

Looking to the history given here this may not be pregnancy if you miss the period till couple of weeks and history of intercourse during the ovulation period then this could be pregnancy else no need to worry about this, hope this information helps, take care.
