Is Murmur In Stethoscope A Cause For Concern For A 7 Month Baby?

i have a son 7.5 months old. Doctor said he could hear some murmur with stethoscope. The baby is otherwise perfectly healthy. He sits and is crawling already. he weighs 10.3 kgs and is 72 cms tall. Is the murmur a cause of concern. I am really worried.

Sometimes Murmur can be due to severe anemia in this age...but it can be due to structural heart disease also which can be asymptomatic. So better to do echo n relax..
