Is My Lab Report Related To Miscarriage?

I am having a miscarriage and I got my lab report back. I have a range of 4-6 (abnormal) squamous epithelial and a trace of bacteria.My neutrophils were also 74 and it says the norm range is 36-66. and my WBC was 12.6. Could these be related to the miscarriage or could there be something else going on?

I think it is infection in the site of operation. Its nothing to worry. Get good course of antibiotics like levofloxacin or cefixime, you will be alright.
