Hello!
I read your query in details.
The normal range for Triglycerides is under 150 mg/dl and a number of 350 mg/dl is considered high.
A normal VLDL cholesterol level is between 5 and 30 mg/dl and a number of 70 mg/dl is high.
A high level of triglycerides and VLDL means you may have an increased risk of coronary
artery disease, which can lead to a
heart attack or
stroke.
Alanine aminotransferase (ALT), a sensitive indicator of liver cell
injury. Serum levels of ALT normally are low 10 to 40 U/L in most laboratories; however, normal values may vary greatly among laboratories. So a value of 45 U/L is normal, that means you don't have liver injury.
I suggest to consult a physician and also to test your complete lipidic profile that include
Total cholesterol,LDL cholesterol and HDL cholesterol.
You should make lifestyle changes and probably need a medication to lower the concentration of
lipids in blood.
Try to follow the following guidelines. Then get your cholesterol checked again.
-High fibre diet, green leafy vegetables, fruit.
-Cut down the processed food. White bread, doughnuts, white sugar, pizza should be completely avoided.
-A 40 minute physical activity every day like morning walk, evening walk or a visit to the gym or swimming pool.
Hope my answer has helped.
Take care.
