Is My Urine Analysis Report Normal?

hi, my urine routine analysis shows albumin trace, epithelial cells 8-10/hpf, pus cells 2-3/hpf. is it normal? i m very anxious 2 know. i have fever and body pain. I am 31 years old female, my height is 156 cm, weight is 56. I underwent a multilevel fusion surgery for my lower back one and half years before. I always have dehydration problems. dignozed UTI several times in my urine in d past.

Hi.
Though epithelial cells r more in number, pus cells r normal. This rules out UTI. Usually epithelial cells r more in renal disease, but whn u don't have a history, it is rare for u to hv renal disease. Pus cells should be more than >5/HPF to indicate infection.
Fever and body pain ciuld be due to several causes. Oindly visit physician to make a diagnosis.
