Is Numbness In The Tailbone Due To A Fall To Be Worried?

I had a pretty bad fall on my butt/tailbone this weekend...the fall was immediately followed by an extreme pain/stinging in my groin. I am now number to the touch starting at my tailbone and wrapping up to my pelvic bone. There isn't much of any pain, just numbness. I am a woman. Should I be worried?
