Is Nur-isterate Helpful In Varicose Veins?

Good day doctor. I have been on Triphasil for the last 10 years. I have noticed since I turned 30 (last year January) that I am struggling to lose weight and I am getting very bad broken veins in my legs. I have now just gotten a script for Nur-Isterate as I felt that perhaps I needed a change as I read that Triphasil can cause vericose veins. How effective Nur-Isterate? Do you think it will help with the veriocise veins and weight gain? Also, since I will be taking my last pill on Sunday (19.01.2014) and going for the injection on Monday (20.01.2014) will it have an immediate effect?
