i am a man,i have high colestrol and high uric acid and sgpt is 233,my weight 90 kg ,i want to use orlistat and other medicine for obecity and other desies,please sugest me medicine AVINASH KUMAR

Hi,

You are having obesity and high SGPT according to mentioned history. So it could be obesity induced fatty change in liver causing high SGPT. I suggest you investigate with USG abdomen scan with special focus on liver to check for fatty liver. If fatty liver or steato-hepatitis confirmed on USG than Udiliv can be prescribed.

For reducing weight I suggest you consult good nutritionist to make your diet chart and exercise regularly. Don't take Orlistat drug without doc consultation nearby. It is the drug that is used in obesity.
