Is Painless, Mobile Lump In Breast During Pregnancy Serious?
A 30 years old lady, who is 18 weeks pregnant (primigravida), has a 1.5x1 cm painless freely mobile lump in the upper and outer quadrant of her right breast. The lymph nodes are not palpable and there is no evidence of distant metastasis. FNAC of the lump revealed infilterating ductal cell carcinoma. The best surgical option for this patient is: a) Modified radical mastectomy b) Quadrantectomy c) Segmental excision d) Simple mastectomy e) Wide local excision
