Is Reaction To The Sulfa Causing Itchy Red Bumps On My Limbs?
Diagnosed with staph infrection on my leg. Was given Clindomyacin and augmentin. Had a bad reaction to the clindomyacin and it was replaced by bactrim, and given prednizone and diphenhydram for the reaction. I m off the ped. now. last night my feet started itching. This morning my hands and feet are coved with red itchy bumps. mainly on the soles and palm. Legs have a slight greyish tone. Is this a reaction to the sulfa (bactrim), possibly the clindomyacin still working out of my system. Or something else I should go back to the doctor for?

No. Sulpha drugs do not cause these side effects you have mentioned before. You need to search for food allergy or any other medication.
