Is Red Bumps A Symptom Of Post Scabies Syndrome?

Hi, i have been diagnosed with scabies. I have used the treatment twice over a week ago. The large bumps have faded and the nighttime itching relieved until tonight. I have small red bumps that just appeared. Am i reinfested or is it post scabies syndrome?
