Is Red,itchy And Swollen Penis Indication Of Jock Itch?
over the last couple of days my penis has become red, itchy, and swollen would this be jock itch?

It is more likely that there is collection of smegmas under the fore skin of penis due to non cleaning of smegma giving rise to some infection called Bellano prosthitis.
Try to evert fore skin and clean the part smmothly and now onward clean the part daily while taking bath.
Go for antibiotic medicines.Ok and bye.
Another possibility is you might have fungal infection and due to itching there is infection.
