Is Severe Migraine, Back Pain And Cramps Normal During Pregnancy?

Hi, I am 19 years old and I am 35 weeks pregnant. All day today I have had a severe migraine that I cannot get rid of along with back pain and stomach cramps. I took my temp. which was normal, but my blood pressure was 124/83 and its normally around 115-118/60ish, should I be worried?

Hello dear,I understand your concern. In my opinion BP anything
normal. The headache might be tension headache. But abdominal cramps along with back pain might go in favour of preterm labour.Iam not diagnosing but giving you the information. So consult the doctor and get the examination done to rule out the preterm labour(PTL) and its causes like urinary tract infection, vaginal infection etc.
Take adequate fluids upto 2 to 3 litres.Sometimes dehydration also causes similar features.

Best regards...Dr.srilatha
