Is Sharp Pain In The Chest Area A Matter Of Concern?
should we be concerned if all of a sudden my husband has a sharp pain in his chest right side. right upper breast plate area for instance right this moment he feels nothing but this afternoon he said he felt and this continued on and off this evening

It is a matter of concern. Is he a smoker? Let him take ECG and Echocardiogram for cardiac evaluation.
Did he take any spicy food afternoon. Let him do a lipid profile.
X-ray of chest can also be done to find out any infection.
Avoid fatty foods till you find out diagnosis.
