Is Smelly Stool A Symptom Of Stomach Infection?
dear doctor my daughter is 3yrs old yesterday she had stomach pain and she also vomited , i gave her Domstal-5 DT for vomiting and JuniorLanzole 15 for stomach ache. she is fine now but her stool is smelling very badly . is this sign normal or she is having some stomach infection ?

I really appreciate your concern, no this is not the normal sing but it seems to be infection but in pediatric age it is the self-limiting condition but care needs to be taken for dehydration and fever else it will be fine soon. If the symptoms persist then stool needs to be sent for lab test.
