my wife is 4.2 months pregnant. Last week she had slight bleeding. Our doctor asked to get USG scan ASAP. In the scan it was found that there is a mild separation (2 mm) of placenta at lower end. Now, doctor has advised by wife to take complete bed rest and "Susten 100mg" twice daily for next 30 days.... She told us that I would help in maintaining the pregnancy and prevent pre-mature delivery..... But I found on internet that taking Progesterone during 2nd and 3rd semester is not recommended...
