General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

In the absence of your age and gender, it is difficult to say about the correlation between the lymph node in the supraclavicular area and possibility of cancer of the colon causing secondary lymph node enlargement on the left side of a dip above the collarbone.

There can be other reasons for blood in stool like the polyp, hemorrhoids and so on. Hence, I would advise you the following in such a situation:

-Take an FNAC of the lymph node.
-Colonoscopy and CT scan of the abdomen, to see for the exact cause of bleeding in the stool.
-Go for Blood tumor markers.

An opinion of a General Surgeon and a Gastroenterologist can tell about further relationship well.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T Chandrakant
