Is The Blood Pressure After A Treadmill Workout Normal?
I worked out on treadmill for 30 min tonight and when at store my husband and I took our blood preasure mine was 95/65 with a pulse 102. I was just wanting to know if that was ok. usually it is like 116/75 or around there. I do take blood preasure medicine Lisinopril-hctz 20-12.5. Just never had it that low before.
hello,I have gone through your query. Thanks for using HCM.well usually while exercising on treadmill there is increase in blood pressure which is physiological.Your reading was after some time of TMT.so we cant correlate it with TMT. your reading of 95/65 is on lower side, which according to me is because of LisinoprilHCTZ. i suggest to consult your treating doctor who will suggest you to reduce dose of Lisinopril. My best wishes Dr.Rajesh Teli,MD
