Is The Cervix Length Of 44 Mm Normal?

My wife has done ultra sound. She is 17 week pregnant. Her Cervix length is 44mm. whether it is normal.

hi cervical length more than 30 mm is perfectly normal . since hers is 44 mm there is nothing to worry . the only concern is when cervical length is less than 25
mm as these patients are at an increased risk of preterm delivery and recurrent abortions. anything more than 30 mm is absolutely safe. all the best and take care .
