Is There Any Chance Of Pregnancy If I Pill Is Taken Next Day?
I'm on birth control, I stayed at my boyfriends house and we had unprotexted sex and I ended up staying the night there, so I didn't take the pill for that night. So I took the one I missed the next night, along with the one I was supposed to take. Is there any chance that I'm pregnant?
Hello, Thanks for trusting us with your health concern. I have gone through your query and would like to offer you some information. If you have been on oral contraception for more than 3 months, you are well protected. Since you made up for the missed pill, you need not worry about failure since it is only one pill. Please remember that you will need additional protection if you miss more than two pills. There is no need to go for an emergency contraceptive pill. This can lead to hormone imbalance and breakthrough bleeding. Hope this helps.
