Is There Any Diet To Control Diabetes?

I am 35 years old female. Suffering from Diabetes since last one years. I am also suffering from hypothyroidism. Now my Serum insulin is 6.62 mU/L, HbA1c is 12%,Fasting Plasma Glucose level is 184 mg/dl, C.Peptide (Fast) 1.16 ng/ml. What type of Diabetes is this ? type-1 or 2. Can I control my diabetes without taking medicine by excercise and controled diet.

Well come to HCM
To control the diabetes with diet and exercise is the best way rather than taking medicine and in your case you can try this, cut down the calorie contained diet, carbohydrate, sugar, alcohol, smoking, and have a regular exercise this could give very nice result, hope this information helps.
