Is There Any Doctor Available To Analyse This Report?

Hi...I'm 27 yrs.old. Just wanted to ask about my experienced. I took my transvaginal ultrasound and the result are the endometrial stripe is hypoechoic and thick (20mm full thickness). But evident.gestational sac or fetal echoes. But 3x positive in home pregnancy test. Waht does it means?

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The transvaginal ultrasound shows endometrial thickness upto 20mm.
The thickness of 20 mm is more than normal.
However, you have mentioned that your pregnancy test has come to be positive thus, the increased thickness is due to the formation of decidua and placenta.
The gestational sac should be present in the uterine cavity.
However, a positive pregnancy test with no gestational sac may be due to extra uterine pregnancy.
You need to consult your doctor with report for further work up.
