Is There Any Doctor Available To Analyse This Report?

My daughter (Age- 14 months) is undergone ureter substiute surgery(she had detected with hydrouereter, half of which remounted after operate). Recently we have done her Urine routine, where we found pus cells 10-15 /hpf and Protient + present in Urine.

Is it any serious concern about her kidney?

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The presence of pus cells- 10-15 cells/hpf suggest presence of infection in the urinary tract.
The presence of proteins can also be seen in case of infections.
Since, you have had a recent infection of the urinary tract, there is possibility of infection.
You need to get an urine culture, drug sensitivity to select most appropriate antibiotic.

Thanks and take care
