Is There Any Food/fruit That Can Reduce The Sugar Level?

Hello....

I'm an airline pilot and will be taking a glucose tolerance test in the next 30 days. There is a conflict here in that while I would want to know if I indeed have diabetes, I do NOT want the aviation medical doctors to know.

While I understand this is not on the up and up......Is there a way to disguise the results of this test such as eating grapefruit prior to the test, or some type of special food? We pilots seem to come up with ways to extend our aviation careers and I've heard there is some type of food/fruit that one can take to temporarily mask any possible actual numbers.

Thanks if you're able to answer... and if not, I understand.

It would be considered unethical to give you any advice as to how to avoid being diagnosed with a particular illness. As a pilot, with many potential lives in your hands, I would suggest you take the ethical approach and see your primary care physician.
