hi doc .... iam 23 previously diagnosed with PCOS and treated with weight reduction and metformine and now my U/S is normal so the problem is that this is my 2nd moth TTC and i took clomid 100mg for 5 days then mid cycle on day 14 showed that i have 18mm ova so i took a HCG pregnil injection 1000 unit and have unprotected sex for 4 days in a row ...and on day 15 of my cycle started duphaston pills 20 my daily for 10 days and today is the last pill and i have brown vaginal discharge and my home PT is -ve ... what to do next ?? blood PT? continue with duphaston pill or what >>? iam tired depressed and hopeless ... will i ever be pregnant ? am i pregnant ?? plz reply

Hello,
Your treatment protocol is correct. You are on the right track. You should be informed that it may take a few cycles for you to concieve. You need to wait until you get your period. If your period comes, dont be depressed. You can try again next cycle. If your urine pregnancy test is negative, no need to do a blood test. Continue the same protocol next cycle. Make sure you have an HSG also.
