Hi, Yogesh you have mentioned your parents average height is 5 , so genetically your height should be near to it, with active life style [sports, workout] you can improve on your growth. instead of trying some so called formula to increase height or taking growth hormonal shots which has deep hormonal side effect please improve your food habit and have active life style.
