Hi dear your VLDL value is a bit higher which is normally 5 to 40 mg/dl,your total cholesterol level is within limits i.e. less than 200mg/dl,your HDL is within normal limits, your LDL levels are within limits, your triglycerides are higher it should be lass than 150,and the ratio of cholesterol/HDL is in normal range.so afterlooking at your overall report ypu are at a borderline risk for developing hyperlipidemia.although this condition is not at all dangerous but you should be careful to change your lifestyle.such as 1.weight reduction(if overweight)
2.reduction in animal fat in diet
3.doing regular aerobic exercise
4.decrease alcohol and sugar consumption
5.restrict calorie intake bcoz carbs are converted into triglycerides if ingested in excess.
have a great and healthy day.
