Female patient, age 35 yrs, hypoechoic ant.metrium fibroid, peripheral,22.4×19.3mm.posterior wall fibroid 29.7×23.9mm.few seedling hypoechoic fibroid.cervix nabothian cyst present.want to know treatment.hb-7.5.mild hepatospleenomegaly also present.rest reports normal.

She is duffering from moderate anemia due to menorrhagia. But the cause of hepatosplenomegaly must be searched of.she should undergo a Ct scan of whole abdomen, and hysteroscopy guided biopsy of the lesions.Consult a obgy dr.
